Mart Assistant is private software operated by a single individual for his own personal use. This policy explains exactly what it accesses and what happens to that data.

1. Who this covers

The only user of Mart Assistant is its owner, the holder of the Google Account that grants it access. There are no other users, customers, or third parties.

2. What data it accesses

With the owner's explicit consent through Google's OAuth 2.0 flow, Mart Assistant may access:

No other Google services or data are accessed.

3. Where the data goes

Data is processed and stored only on the owner's own devices and his own self-hosted server. It is not transmitted to, stored on, or processed by any third-party service, and it is never sold, rented, shared, or used for advertising or profiling.

4. Retention

Cached summaries and derived data are kept only as long as they are useful to the owner and are deleted on request or when the connection is revoked. OAuth credentials are stored locally on the owner's devices with restricted file permissions.

5. Revoking access

The owner can revoke Mart Assistant's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, which immediately ends all access to the account's data.

6. Google API Services User Data Policy

Mart Assistant's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
